Gregg Smith is an American sommelier certified by The Court of Master Sommeliers working and living in Lima, Peru. With more than thirty years of experience in fine restaurants he possesses and extensive knowledge of all aspects of mixology and the selection and service of fine wines. His wine lists have won awards from the magazine, Wine Spectator. His preferred wines are those of Austria, France, and Germany. He is fascinated by absinthe, cachaça, and pisco. He currently serves as director of the wine and bar program at Central Restaurante, Lima, Peru.
